Event timeline.

When things happen, hour by hour.

  1. 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM

    Registration & Setup

    Participant check-in, registration, team verification, seating, laptop and development environment setup, and distribution of event materials.

  2. 10:00 AM – 10:30 AM

    Opening Ceremony & Hackathon Briefing

    Welcome address, introduction to AKI HACKS, rules, submission process, judging criteria, and important event announcements.

  3. 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM

    Hacking Period

    Teams of 2–4 members work on their projects during the dedicated hacking session. Mentors will be available throughout the day to guide teams and help them with technical or product-related challenges.

  4. 6:30 PM – 7:00 PM

    Final Submission & Demo Preparation

    Teams submit their projects and prepare their final presentations and demonstrations for the judges.

  5. 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM

    Project Demonstrations & Judging

    Selected teams present their projects to the judges, followed by evaluation based on the announced judging criteria.

  6. 8:00 PM – 8:30 PM

    Closing Ceremony & Winner Announcement

    Winner announcement, sponsor and partner acknowledgements, and closing remarks.

  7. 8:30 PM – 9:00 PM

    Photography & Wrap-up

    Group photographs, team photos, mentor and judge photographs, final interactions, and venue wrap-up.
